Business Development Associate - 3

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Associate to drive growth by identifying and engaging potential clients—especially online sellers—through social media and direct outreach. The role focuses on understanding client challenges in logistics and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and research potential clients (online sellers, SMEs, e-commerce businesses) via Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
   
2. Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
   
3. Understand client pain points in logistics, delivery, and order management
   
4. Propose suitable solutions and highlight how our services add value
   
5. Maintain accurate client interaction records in CRM or internal systems
   
6. Support the senior business development team in preparing proposals and closing deals
   
7. Follow up with leads to build relationships and convert them into long-term clients
   

Skills & Qualifications

1. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

3. Confident in outreach via phone, email, and social media
   
4. Basic understanding of logistics, e-commerce, or delivery services (preferred, not mandatory)
