Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft fun, engaging reels and short videos that capture the energy and culture of our fast-paced, startup environment.
2. Develop creative, thumb-stopping content for social media to attract and engage online sellers.
3. Use behind-the-scenes moments, team highlights, and client success stories to build a relatable and impactful brand presence.
4. Plan and execute content that aligns with our marketing goals, brand voice, and the ever-changing world of social media.
5. Stay on top of the latest trends, memes, and formats to keep our content fresh, relevant, and shareable.
6. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative content ideas that resonate with our community.

Requirements:

1. Sharp sense of humor and a flair for creativity.
2. Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other mobile-friendly apps).
3. Excellent communication skills and a natural storytelling ability.
4. Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
5. Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and deliver under tight deadlines.
6. Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce trends is a plus.
