Job Description:

1. Delivery and Pickup: Efficiently deliver packages and documents to customers' addresses and pick up items from specified locations, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
2. Route Planning: Utilize GPS and navigation apps to plan and follow the most efficient routes, minimizing delivery times and fuel consumption.
3. Customer Service: Professionally interact with customers, addressing any queries or concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Package Handling: Handle all packages with utmost care, ensuring they are secure and protected during transit to prevent any damage.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any issues encountered. Secure signatures or other proof of delivery as required.
6. Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating your vehicle. Ensure your vehicle is well-maintained and roadworthy at all times.
7. Problem-Solving: Promptly resolve any delivery issues or delays, coordinating with dispatch or customers as necessary.
8. Reporting: Report any vehicle maintenance needs or issues to the appropriate department or personnel.

Requirements:

1. Vehicle: Own and operate a reliable vehicle suitable for deliveries (e.g., motorcycle, scooter, or car), ensuring it meets all local regulations and safety standards.
2. Experience: Previous experience in delivery or courier services is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with local routes and traffic conditions is a plus.
3. Skills: Strong navigation and time-management skills with the ability to plan routes efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
4. Licensing: A valid driver’s license and any other necessary permits or certifications required for your vehicle.
5. Technology: Basic proficiency with smartphones and navigation apps. Capability to use delivery tracking systems or apps provided by the company.
6. Availability: Flexible availability, including the ability to work during peak times such as evenings and weekends, if needed.
